Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the use of this site and the purchase of any goods from it:

Prices and Payment
You agree to pay for all products and services you order. Prices given on product pages exclude delivery (see below under delivery for more detail). The price of products and services we offer may change without notice from time to time, however, this will not impact previously paid purchases. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard, PayPal and After Pay.

By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the desired products and services from us. You are not permitted to order any products for resale to a third party. We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer you make us, for any reason, including but not limited to if the products requested are not available, payment has not been processed successfully, we suspect your order is for commercial purposes, there is the possibility of fraud or there is an error in the price or description of the product you want to buy. Each offer you make to us and accepted by us creates a separate and binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the relevant products.Any information provided throughout the purchasing process abides by our Privacy Policy. You should receive a message on screen confirming your order once your payment has gone through. If you don’t, there may have been a problem with processing your order. Refunds and cancellations
Due to our quick turnaround times we’re unable to refund if you change your mind about a same-day purchase. We are also unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost. For advance orders, a cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance if necessary. Cancellations can be made by emailing hi.livandco@gmail.com or by calling on 0422 092 883.

Days of operation
We do not operate on weekends, or public holidays in  New South Wales, so products will not be dispatched on such days. If you order a product for weekends or public holidays we will deliver on the next working day

Weekend deliveries will only be allowed for special dates such as Mother’s Day etc. and will be announced on our website when applicable.

While we will make every effort to have your goods delivered on your preferred date or within the estimated delivery timeframes, Liv & Co does not accept responsibility for and is not liable for any delivery delays.

Liv & Co accepts no responsibility for any errors you make when entering orders, delivery instructions, card messages or other information. If an order needs to be redelivered as a result of an incorrect address, any additional delivery charges will be made payable to the customer.

Liv & Co is not liable for any loss or damage arising after delivery has taken place.  This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to an unattended address where the recipient has granted permission to leave the goods unattended.

If an order is returned to our warehouse for any reason, including because the recipient failed to collect the order from their local post office, an additional delivery fee will be payable by the customer.


  • Availabilities
  • In the unlikely event that an individual item in a gift pack is unavailable we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

    Some products are photographed with additional props. Unless something is listed in the product description it is not included.

    Liv & Co is not responsible for the content of any linked sites. Following the links to any off-site pages or other sites is undertaken at your own risk.

    All images and product descriptions on this site are copyrighted and may not be used without the written permission. Liv & Co neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on this site will not infringe the rights of third parties.

  • Damaged Products
  • All our products are quality inspected and packed carefully, so damages are rare. However occasionally damages occur during transit that are beyond our control. If your goods arrived damaged please contact us via email at hi.livandco@gmail.com with 24 hours of your delivery and we will liaise a replacement. If we do not have an exact replacement in stock you will be able to choose between a refund of that product or a credit towards another purchase.

    If you received a hamper containing damaged items you can choose to either:

    • Return the full gift pack and we will send you a complete replacement; or
    • Keep the gift pack and tell us what items were damaged. We will send you replacement items.

  • Unclaimed Products
  • Where an order is returned to our warehouse as unclaimed we will attempt to contact the customer and hold the order at our warehouse for up to 30 days. If after 30 days following the return of the item we have not been able to make contact with the customer, we will cancel the order. Redelivery will incur further charges.

    Limitation of Liability
    Any liability of Liv & Co in connection with the products supplied to you, subject to any non-excludable conditions implied by legislation, is limited to the amount you paid for the products supplied.

    Placing an order with Liv & Co constitutes an offer to enter an agreement to purchase goods.

    Liv & Co reserves the right to terminate accounts, edit or cancel orders (or part thereof), or not to provide goods at our sole discretion at any time. Apart from refunding your payment for any unfulfilled orders, Liv & Co will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.
